As the principal investigator, led projects such as "Research on Monitoring and Effect Evaluation System for Adult Short-term Training Programs," "Instructional Design and Optimization for Continuing Education of Petroleum Enterprise Talents," "Research and Practice on Cultivating International Talents to Meet the Needs of Transnational Operations in Petroleum and Petrochemical Enterprises," and "Research on Influencing Factors of Engineering Practice Ability Cultivation for Full-time Engineering Master's Degree Candidates."

  2. As a key member, participated in major provincial and ministerial research projects such as "Research and Reform Practice on Talent Quality Requirements and Talent Cultivation Modes in Key Universities of Science and Engineering," "Research on the Development Strategy of Cultivating Exploration Talents in Petroleum Universities," "Research on the Reform, Development Strategy, and Policies of Continuing Education," "Research on the Selection, Cultivation, and Utilization of Compound Talents in Petroleum Enterprise Management," and "Research on the Construction and Development Strategy of the Certification System for Engineering Graduate Education with Chinese Characteristics."
