II. Work experience
From April 1994 to November 2003, he was a lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of North China Electric Power University;
From December 2003 to February 2009, Associate Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of North China Electric Power University;
From March 2009 to now, Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of North China Electric Power University;
From May 2012 to now, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of North China Electric Power University.
III. Educational experience
From September 1987 to July 1991, he studied in the Department of Mechanics of North China Electric Power College and obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering;
From September 1991 to January 1994, he studied as a graduate student in the Department of Mechanics of North China Electric Power College and obtained a master's degree in engineering;
From September 2001 to March 2006, he studied in the Department of Electrical Engineering of North China Electric Power University and obtained a doctorate in engineering.

Development and application of new intelligent pillar insulator vibration detection equipment, commissioned by Yunnan Academy of Electrical Sciences of Southern Power Grid Corporation, research period: 2019-2020. Mainly engaged in the principle and instrument development of pillar insulator vibration detection of substations in 110KV and 220KV transmission.

Research and device development of transformer heavy gas anti-error strategy, Science and Technology Project of Guangdong Electric Power Research Institute of Southern Power Grid Company, 2018-2020. He is mainly engaged in the research on the mechanical response characteristics of the gas relay of the non-electric protection device in the 220KV transformer, and the research and development of the anti-error gas relay.

Research on high-voltage circuit breaker condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on vibration/acoustic/electric multi-source information fusion, State Grid Corporation of China Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. Science and Technology Project, 2018-2019. Mainly engaged in the research and development of 35KV, 110KV, 220KV and 500KV high-voltage circuit breaker condition monitoring and fault diagnosis systems.

Research on X-ray incomplete transmission image modeling technology, commissioned by the Electric Power Science Research Institute of Southern Power Grid Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd., research period: 2018-2020. Mainly engaged in the research and system development of X-ray non-destructive testing methods of GIS equipment of 220KV substation. The project focuses on the analysis of X-ray non-destructive testing image characteristics and three-dimensional reconstruction of GIS equipment.
