Educational experience:
September 2005 to July 2008: Majored in oil and gas field development engineering at Southwest Petroleum University and obtained a doctorate in engineering.
September 2003 to July 2005: Majored in oil and gas field development engineering at Southwest Petroleum Institute and obtained a master's degree in engineering.
September 1999 to July 2003: Graduated in exploration technology and engineering from Southwest Petroleum Institute and obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering.
Work experience:
Since July 2016, engaged in the teaching and scientific research of oil and gas field development at the Institute of Petroleum of Karamay Campus of China University of Petroleum (Beijing).
From March 2015 to June 2016, the Department of Masonry of Karamay Vocational and Technical College was engaged in the teaching and scientific research of oil and gas field development; senior engineer.
From July 2008 to February 2015, the Exploration and Development Research and Development Institute of Xinjiang Oilfield Company was engaged in the research of geological development and the improvement of recovery rate, and was a senior engineer.

Undergraduate courses "Oil Layer Physics", "Unconventional Oil and Gas Development", "Reseritory Engineering Course Design", and postgraduate courses "Advanced Oil Layer Physics".
Research direction:
Microscopic reservoir characterization, physical simulation of oil and gas seepage, and improve recovery rate.
