On November 2nd, a delegation led by Nursenov Koldasbek, President of Kazakhstan's Caspian University, visited our campus for research and exchange, accompanied by Shao Yu, Party Secretary and General Manager of Karamay Xinkeao Oil and Gas Technology Co., Ltd. President Li Jun of the campus and heads of relevant functional departments warmly received the delegation led by Nursenov Koldasbek and Shao Yu.
During the symposium, both sides introduced the basic situation and cooperation foundation of their institutions from the perspectives of school orientation, current status, and cooperation plans.
On behalf of the campus, President Li Jun expressed his welcome to the delegation led by Nursenov Koldasbek. He pointed out that the two institutions share similar discipline and major structures and have broad prospects for cooperation in talent cultivation, scientific research, and social services. He added that the campus will continue to deepen exchanges in the future and seek cooperation in more areas and broader scopes. He emphasized that the campus will further focus on the national education development strategy for external cooperation, gradually enhance the level and influence of internationalization in running the school, and contribute to serving the national "Belt and Road" initiative.
Nursenov Koldasbek expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from the campus. He stated that the campus boasts high-level hardware facilities and teaching staff, advanced laboratories and research platforms, as well as a comprehensive discipline layout and practical training system. He looked forward to deepening cooperation with the campus in areas such as teacher training, joint student cultivation, scientific research cooperation, and laboratory construction. Nursenov Koldasbek invited the campus leadership to lead a delegation to conduct a field investigation of Caspian University in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
During the visit, the delegation led by Nursenov Koldasbek also toured the panoramic sandbox exhibition area, laboratories, training workshops, and the library of the campus.
