张劲军,男,1962年3月生,广东省佛山市人,博士,教授,博士生导师。1982年本科毕业于华东石油学院机械系油气储运专业,1987年硕士研究生毕业于华东石油学院北京研究生部油气储运专业,1994年-1998年在职攻读并获油气储运工程博士学位。主要研究方向为油气长距离管道输送技术、油气储运安全工程。长期从事y油气储运工程的教学与科研,以易凝高粘原油流变学与输送技术、油气管道安全可靠性为主攻方向,先后主持研究国家自然科学基金重点项目及教育部、北京市和中国石油、中国石化、中国海油等科研项目60余项,在易凝高粘原油流变学及改性输送、易凝高粘原油管道流动安全性评价、冷热原油交替输送等方面取得重要理论创新和工程应用成果;在国内外刊物和会议发表论文280余篇,其中SCI、EI、ISTP收录120余篇,合作出版教材、专著9部;培养(已毕业)博士、硕士研究生140余人;获国家科技进步一等奖1项、省部级科技及教学奖11项(其中一等奖5项、二等奖4项、三等奖2项)。曾获“全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师”、“北京市优秀博士学位论文指导教师”、“北京市优秀教师”等荣誉称号,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。北京市第十一至十三届政协委员。
