Long time no see. How's it going? Good?Good!Have you been lazy lately?

It’s getting colder and colder these days. I haven’t been in such extreme weather in my life!!

--L:Cause you are a southerner! You idiot!! 

We all do not wanna stay outside for a second. It’s freezing!Especially when the morning runs is canceled, we have no opportunity to work out. Ememem,bingo!Yoga! It is time to bring out yoga to the stage!

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.

Workout fads come and go, but virtually no other exercise programs can be as enduring as yoga. It's been around for more than 5,000 years.Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.There are more than 100 different forms of yoga. Some are fast-paced and intense. Others are gentle and relaxing.

Here are some special types of Yoga for us on campus. Try these on the bed, on the floor, in the dormitory or any other places. To take a break, you know?

Laugh Yoga

Laugh Yoga is a good way for you to obtain happiness and energy.Appropriate laughing is healthy. Laughing makes you happy. Be happy.  There are various ways to do laugh Yoga. You can watch funny videos. You can also read jokes on the internet until you laugh. Or you can just laugh without a reason. That’s the main form of laugh Yoga. You reach the energy of humor, and at some point the laughter is in you.

For example,we lie on the back and relax. What joke do you hear from others today? Because God has a sense of humor, he gives every person at least one joke per day. You just have to recognize it. If you can’t think of a joke, then laugh without reason. Laugh as you feel. You can say the mantra “ ha ha ha” or “ho, ho, ho” or “hee hee hee”. Every mantra is different and comes from a different part of the body. If you feel angry or sad, then you can also cry during laugh Yoga. In that case, the mantra “hoo hoo hoo” is appropriate. If you are angry, think “rage, rage, rage”. If you are angry with your ex-boyfriend, then you can yell “stupid man!” If you already feel like laughing, then you are ready for laugh Yoga.

Computer yoga

Computer yoga is an easy and enjoyable way of unwinding at the desk, helping your body to relax and your mind to have a decent break. Computer yoga is the office workers' and pupils' answer to remaining positive through the day.And following are ten steps of doing it.

①Move your head . Turn your head left and right. Forward and backward.

②Move your shoulders. Find the way that works best for you. Move forward, and then move another way round. 

③Move your spine to the right and left side. 

④Move your feet on the ground. Concentrate on your legs, your feet and the whole earth.

⑤Massage your body from head to feet. Hold your hands together over your head, rub the palms, visualize the sky above you. Feel the light that comes down. Massage the light into your face, your eyes, your ears, your whole body.Fill yourself with light. Move your feet, fill light into the earth.

⑥Place one hand on your stomach and practice bellows breathing. Breathe at a higher speed with the abdominal muscles and fill your body with conscious energy.

⑦Press with your thumb the right nostril, breath with the bellows breathing through the left nostril. Press with your index finger or middle finger the left nostril, breathe with the bellows breathing through the right nostril. Change several times between the left and right nostril back and forth until a feeling of inner peace and harmony is created.

⑧Get inner peace and rub your belly: "I take things as they are. I flow positive with my life."

⑨Put your hands together in the meditation pose in front of your belly. Make your mind ,your thorax, your belly, your legs and feet calm and peaceful.

⑩And stop your thinking and action for one minute. Simply sit there.Relax.When you open your eyes,tell to yourself that "I am optimistic. I go my way with optimism."

Yoga Walking

Yoga Walking is enlightenment while walking. This is the ultimate kick!lt combines health training, stress reduction and inner happiness in one. Yoga Walking is your daily pilgrimage into the light. Go rather quickly at first and at the end rather slowly. On the way of the pilgrimage, you may turn into a god or goddess of happiness. And in this way,you can do the following things.

①When you are walking,stomp your anger into the ground. Let all the pent-up anger out. Think the mantra "Anger, Anger, Anger ..." What annoyed you today? Set yourself free!

②When you are walking,feel your sadness inside and solve it. What makes you sad today? Think the mantra for several times: "I'm sad because ..."

③Rotate your shoulders.Solve the tension in your shoulders and your neck.And rotate your spine. Turn your spines several times to the right and to the left. Also turn the head with.

④Visualize a beautiful sun in the sky and clothe yourself with a golden ray of sunshine. Fill you self with light and think the word "Light" as a mantra.

⑤Send other people good wishes. What do you want to say to him today? Hope you could send light to the world like: "May all beings be happy. May the world be happy."

⑥Stop all the other actions on your body except walking. Walk for five minutes when you walk out of all your stress, until your mind becomes calm.Walk freely. Let all thoughts come and go as they want. Do what you want to do. Enjoy it. 

⑦Observe that how your mind becomes positive.You do an important deed for your physical health and your mental well-being. You are now back from your pilgrimage into the light. Keep your happiness.Your sense of life is to be happy, healthy and enlightened.The light will accompany you through your whole day.
